Join us for some Pi Day fun!
The Pi Day 5K is a virtual race through eventbrite. If you're interested in getting some the Pi Day 5K swag - register here. We'd love to have you join our team "GRCTM Pi Day", just use GRCTM as the password.
As with any virtual race, you can log your miles on your own time at any point during the given window. But we think it would be more fun to actually complete the Pi Day 5K on Pi Day with other math lovers in the Richmond area. If you'd like to walk/run with the GRCTM group (regardless of whether or not you've registered at the above link to get the cool Pi Day swag) join us at the Eastern Henrico Rec Center at 5:00. We'll do laps on the track there.
If a 5K isn't your idea of a fun Pi day, join us after the run at 6:30 at Carini's Italian for some pizza. Carini's Italian is located just down the road from the Eastern Henrico Rec Center at 3718 Williamsburg Rd, Henrico, VA 23231.
